Acme Brick Company Breaks Ground for New Showroom in Northwest Arkansas

SPRINGDALE, ARK., Apr. 1, 2016 - Acme Brick Company executives joined Springdale Mayor Doug Sprouse and other officials to turn the first shovels of soil for Acme’s new showroom and warehouse at 4877 N. 45th Street. The 6,256 square foot showroom and office, and 14,494 square foot warehouse will sit on 5.78 acres of property which will provide ample customer parking.

“This new facility is a demonstration of our confidence in the growth potential for this dynamic region of Arkansas,” said Acme President and CEO, Dennis Knautz.

Acme Brick Company Begins Direct Sales to Houston Commercial Construction Market

Fort Worth, Texas  (February 4,  2016) – Acme Brick Company announced that the company’s expanding line of brick and other construction related products will be promoted directly to architects and sold directly to masonry contractors in the Houston market. “Our ever growing list of diverse products has prompted us to make this change from our former arrangement,” said Rusty Haile, Acme’s South Texas Regional Sales Manager.    “We have always called directly on architects in all our other markets and Houston is now consistent with the rest of our company.”

Acme Brick Company to Distribute Bautex Block in Texas Markets

Fort Worth, Texas  (December 20,  2015) – Acme Brick Company today announced it has expanded its agreement with Bautex Systems to distribute Bautex Block, an insulated concrete block whose wall system meets and exceeds 2015 building and energy codes. As part of the expanded agreement, Acme Brick will now represent Bautex products in most major Texas markets including Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.
